Attock Cement Pakistan Limited is seeking qualified, experienced and hardworking individuals for the following position of our Medical Department located at our cement plant in Hub, Baluchistan:
Chief Medical Officer
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise the plant medical center and occupational health services.
Provide emergency medical treatment to employees and staff.
Develop and implement workplace health & safety programs.
Conduct periodic medical examinations and health awareness sessions.
Coordinate with local hospitals and emergency response services.
Maintain medical records and ensure compliance with health regulations.
Advise management on industrial hygiene, occupational diseases, and preventive healthcare measures.
Qualification & Experience:
MBBS from a recognized institution (valid PMDC registration mandatory).
Specialization in Occupational Health / Industrial Medicine will be preferred.
Minimum 15 years of relevant experience out which 05 years as CMO, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or cement sector environments.
Strong knowledge of emergency response and workplace safety standards.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Maximum 50 years of age.
