With nearly four decades of distinguished military service, Lieutenant General Anwar Ali Hyder (Retired) brings consummate skill and experience in planning, organization and administration to his present assignment. Throughout his distinguished career he held prestigious positions in various command, staff and instructional roles, culminating in the position of Principal Staff Officer to the Chief of Army Staff as Adjutant General of Pakistan Army. A role in which he provided leadership and spearheaded several important welfare initiatives and large-scale commercial projects at the Army and national level, including strategizing the development and growth of Fauji Foundation Companies and serving as the Chairman of Army Welfare Trust.
His extensive experience in Pakistan Army includes noteworthy contributions in planning and development of Defence Housing Authorities (DHAs) all over the country and supervising development and management of countrywide mega housing projects such as Askari Housing Colonies.
He also had the distinctive opportunity of making contributions in the academic domain as President National Defence University and as member of the Board of Governors of NUST, NUMS and NUTECH.
Transitioning seamlessly into civilian leadership role, Lieutenant General Anwar Ali Hyder (Retired) assumed the chairmanship of Naya Pakistan Housing and Development Authority (NAPHDA) and played an important role in the interim Federal Cabinet as the Caretaker Minister for Defence and Defence Production. He also served as a member of the Apex Committee of Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC), where he made multifaceted contributions to national economic growth initiatives and in the process remained engaged with several public and private sector entities and multinational organizations.
His strategic prowess and commitment to excellence is complimented by his professional and academic qualifications, which include Masters in Strategic Studies from United States Army War College, Carlisle, Pennsylvania and MSc in War Studies from National Defence University, Islamabad. His dedication to duty and meritorious services in Pakistan Army were duly recognized through conferment of the Chief of Army Staff Commendation Card and the prestigious Hilal-e-Imtiaz (Military) by the President of Pakistan.

Lt. General (Retd) Muhammad Saeed

Lt. General (Retd) Muhammad Saeed, HI (M) got commissioned in an Infantry Battalion on April 13,1987. He is a graduate of Command and Staff College, Quetta and National Defence University, Islamabad. During his illustrious military career, he was employed on various command, staff and instructional appointments to include Brigade Major of an Independent Infantry Brigade, Deputy Assistant Military Secretary and Staff Officer to Military Secretary at Military Branch, Private Secretary to Chief of Army Staff and Director General Analysis at Inter-Services Intelligence. He has served on the faculty of School of Infantry and Tactics Quetta, Pakistan Military Academy Kakul and Command and Staff College Quetta. He has also been the President National Defence University, Islamabad.
General Saeed has commanded his parent unit, an Infantry Brigade, an Infantry Division, Pakistan Rangers (Sindh) and 5 Corps in Karachi. He served as Chief of General Staff at General Headquarters and finally served as National Coordinator of Special Investment Facilitation Council before his retirement. The Government of Pakistan awarded him Hilal-e-Imtiaz in recognition of his contributions during Operation “Bunyan-um-Marsoos” and Marka-e-Haq.

Mr. Mohammad Majid Munir

Mr. Mohammad Majid Munir is an accomplished professional in the fields of Investment Banking and Strategy, having amassed extensive experience in strategy consulting, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, public equity, and capital restructuring across a wide range of industries, including industrials, financials, logistics, real estate, consumer goods, and entertainment.
Majid successfully designed and executed strategic initiatives, driving impactful results both at the sectoral and national levels. At Arthur D. Little, he advised the Economic Development Board of Bahrain on formulating the country’s industrial policy, using quantitative tools. Other notable macro strategy initiatives include a climate finance strategy mapping the interconnected roles of clean energy, mobility, infrastructure, and capacity building, and a national education reform strategy advocating employer-driven, modular learning ecosystems.
Majid has led high-impact transaction advisory assignments across emerging markets. These include securing equity and hybrid investments in transport infrastructure, structuring a cross-border M&A deals and raising growth capital from European impact investors. Majid has engaged with FIs and private investors and driven deals from origination through to close.
Majid has worked with renowned organizations such as Credit Suisse, Arthur D. Little, and Bank Alfalah across Pakistan, Middle East and Far East. Majid has also held leadership positions as President and Vice President of the Board of the LUMS alumni association.
He holds an MBA in Finance from Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) and a BSc in Finance and International Business from New York University’s (NYU) Stern School of Business.

Mr. Mudassir Hussain Khan

Mr. Khan is a finance and banking professional having diversified commercial and development banking experience. He holds an executive master’s update in business administration from NYU Stern School of Business, master’s in finance from St. John’s University, New York, and a bachelor’s in electrical engineering from Oklahoma USA. With more than thirty-two years of banking experience primarily covering Retail, Consumer, Micro and SME, Corporate & Investment Banking, Operations, Technology & Digital, Risk and Development Banking. He has worked with some of the largest banks in Pakistan including Habib Bank Limited and National Bank of Pakistan. In his last position, he was Managing Director & CEO of Pakistan Mortgage Refinance Company, a DFI where he worked for seven and half years from start of company’s operations. He also worked with the World Bank for more than fourteen years in the areas of Financial Sector and Private Sector Development, South Asia Region, based in Pakistan and worked in Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Maldives; in the Africa Region in Ghana, Uganda, Kenya and Sierra Leone as well as in Washington D.C. Before the World Bank, he worked in the field of Corporate and Investment Banking with Citibank, N.A and Bear Stearns in Pakistan and in USA.
Mr. Khan is an Independent Director on the Board of Attock Cement Pakistan Limited and member Investment Committee, the Pakistan Microfinance Network and Sindh Peoples Housing for Flood Affectees where he Chairs HR Committee and is member Finance and Audit Committee. He has previously served on many Boards as Director and was the Chairman of NBP Fullerton Asset Management (NAFA) now NBP Funds and Chairman Board of First Women Bank Limited.
Mr. Khan is a regular speaker at many conferences locally and internationally related to banking & digital transformation, banking operations and reforms, role of Islamic banking, risk management, microfinance and affordable housing.

Ms. Shabnam Faqir Mohammad
Independent Director
Shabnam Faqir Mohammad is an Independent Director of Attock Cement Pakistan Limited and Chair of its Human Resources Committee. A globally recognized specialist in investment banking, Islamic finance, and private equity, she brings over 27 years of experience in leadership, advisory, and board roles across the Middle East, Europe, Asia, and North America.
She currently serves as a Nominee Director for the International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group, and as an Independent Director of Bank Makramah Limited, where she chairs the Human Resources Committee and serves on the Risk Management, Compliance, and Digital Committees. Previously, she served as an Independent Director of Dubai Islamic Bank Pakistan, where she was the first female member of the Board, chaired the Human Resources and Audit Committees, and served on the IT Committee.
Her executive career includes senior leadership roles as CEO and Board Member of Tell Group, Director of Emerging Markets Structuring and Global Islamic Finance at Deutsche Bank, and Managing Director and Head of Structuring at Khalij Islamic. Throughout her career, she has advised leading regional and international financial institutions, corporates, and family offices, including Goldman Sachs, Emirates NBD, and MSCI, on structured finance, capital markets, Islamic finance, private equity, and strategic transactions.
Ms. Mohammad is the Founder and CEO of Black Mountain Consulting, a corporate advisory and structured finance consultancy. She regularly advises boards and senior executives and delivers practitioner-led executive education, leadership development, and technical capacity building across the region.
She is a Chartered Management Accountant and holds an Executive MBA from Henley Management College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Physics from University College London. She is also a Certified Investments, Securities and Derivatives Specialist from the Securities Institute UK, a Certified Private Equity Specialist from the International Academy of Business and Financial Management, and has completed specialist certifications in ESG and Leadership Effectiveness from the Corporate Finance Institute.
Ms. Mohammad is a respected thought leader in Islamic finance and corporate governance. She regularly speaks at leading international industry forums, including the World Islamic Banking Conference, and has been featured by Arab News as a pioneer in Islamic finance. She is also the recipient of the Asian Women’s Leadership Award, a Founding Member of Playbook, and co-author of the book Structured Islamic Products in GCC Markets.

Mr. Aamer Mahmud Malik

Mr. Aamer Malik is a seasoned finance leader, business transformation expert, and turnaround specialist with over 30 years of international leadership experience across Pakistan, the United Kingdom, Malaysia, Japan, Singapore, and other Asia Pacific markets.
Throughout his career, he has held senior executive positions with leading multinational and listed organizations, including Abbott Laboratories in Pakistan, Singapore and Japan. He was also Vice President Finance in ICI Pakistan Limited. Later on, he served as Chief Operating Officer – Pharmaceuticals in Lucky Core Industries Ltd (formerly ICI Pakistan). His experience covers financial leadership, corporate governance, business strategy, mergers and acquisitions, operational excellence, profitability improvement, and large-scale organizational transformation.
Mr. Malik has successfully led major business turnaround initiatives, including transforming loss-making operations into profitable and sustainable businesses. He has also played a key role in multiple strategic M&A transactions, and financial improvement projects across emerging and developed markets.
His governance experience includes board positions with listed companies in Pakistan and Vietnam, reflecting his strong understanding of corporate oversight, risk management, financial reporting.

Omer Ashraf has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Attock Cement, effective May 2, 2026. He is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (FCA) with over 26 years of rich professional experience in managing finances, budget, tax planning, investor relations, project development, project financing and mergers and acquisitions.
